The successful candidate will manage site operations, ensure compliance with specifications, and lead a team effectively. Required qualifications include a diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin.

Qualifications

Job description

Have relevant decoration experience in supervising architecture, plastering, skim, bricklaying work, etc.

Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.

Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.

Submit daily activity reports to the main contractor or consultant.

Attend site meetings with contractors and clients.

Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.

Monitor worker attendance and educate site workers on daily operations.

Prepare, coordinate, and write site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.

Inspect work done by subcontractors, check for defects and quality standards.

Minimize material and manpower wastage.

Work with minimal supervision and independently handle tasks.

Manage site arrangements and logistics.

Requirements :

Ability to work at Kulim or Johor Bahru site.

Strong project management, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Good problem-solving skills to address issues during construction.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in architecture & structure construction.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Deep understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry standards.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Positive attitude towards teamwork.

Valid CIDB green card holder.

Own transportation required.
