Job description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Site Supervisor with experience in manage & supervising in Interior Design Projects & Construction industry.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor works for the project and ensure that is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works and ensure smooth handover of the project(s) is within the accepted time frame.

· Carry out the overall project planning, cost control and project management.

· Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health & safety regulations.

· Review project contractual terms and attend meetings / site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.

· Check and receive materials from supplier, to ensure all delivered materials meet the approved specification.

· Be the key personnel to resolve site problems, and conduct meetings with project team to identify issues.

· Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractor and supplier.

· Progress daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.

· Understanding of project requirements including architectural and interior design drawings

· Maintain best practices in terms of housekeeping and safe work site environment throughout the entire project period.

· Understand project flow and site practices

· Prepare and submit a comprehensive weekly site progress report to management, detailing work completed, challenges encountered, and upcoming milestones.

Able to study drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirement.

To ensure projects meet the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlighting problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/subcontractor.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in renovation & construction.

· Candidates with SPM and above and with good experience will also be considered

· Required skills: Read Drawings, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (add value) or any relevant programs will be added advantage

· Good teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure and multitask.

· Possess proactive and positive attitude

· Details oriented

· Good understanding in Design Detailing

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Must possess own transport and willing to be based at assigned Project location

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
