Job description

We are a growing property development and construction company with a strong focus on delivering earthworks and civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to help guide our site teams and support the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

• Guide machinery operators and assist with related equipment issues

• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Main Contractor personnel to ensure project timelines are met

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

• Ensure compliance with environmental and health & safety standards

• Provide daily reports on site progress and updates

• Share ideas and feedback to help improve work processes

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in earthworks or civil construction supervision

• Possess a valid driving license and CIDB Green Card

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Disciplined, respectful, and a team player

• Willing to travel and work beyond normal hours when necessary
