About the role

Lands Perfect Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Sungai Petani Kedah. As a full-time Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of construction teams to ensure projects are progressing as planned

Monitoring the quality of work and implementing quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues

Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Developing and implementing efficient site management processes and procedures

Mentoring and training junior site supervisors and construction workers to develop their skills

Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and any other key metrics

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role

Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in either commercial or residential from start to finish

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to effectively coordinate, lead and motivate construction teams especially with direct works or sub-trades

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications and ensure compliances

Strong communication and stakeholder management and communication skills

Certification in construction management or a related field would be an advantage
