SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Have relevant decoration experience in supervising Architecture, plastering, skim, bricklaying work etc.

Monitor the progress of construction projects & ensure compliance with construction drawings & specifications.

To ensure all works carry out are according to drawings, specifications, construction plan procedures, work instructions, etc.

To submit related field on daily activities to Main Contractor / Consultant.

Attend site meeting with contractor and client.

Monitor work progress to ensure project is completed timely.

Monitoring worker attendance and educating site workers on daily site operations.

Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.

Responsible for inspecting work done by subcontractors, defects and quality.

Minimise material and manpower wastage.

Minimum supervision and independent for work done.

Handling site and do arrangement.

Requirements :

Able to work at Rawang, Kulim Hi-Tech or Johor Bahru Site.

Strong project management skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Good problem-solving skills, as the candidate must tackle and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and with minimum of 3 years working experience in architecture & structure construction field.

In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.

Possess good organization & time management skills.

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Good attitude toward teamwork.

Hold valid CIDB green card.

Possess own transport.
