Qualifications

• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (Data Center)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage all QS-related activities for a high-specification data center project. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery in fast-paced, M&E-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.

Review, assess, and certify subcontractor claims, variations, and interim payments.

Conduct value engineering and cost control to ensure project cost efficiency.

Manage procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues.

Monitor project financial health, identify risks and opportunities, and report progress to management.

Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, conditions, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in data center or M&E-heavy construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of standard contracts (PAM, PWD, FIDIC).

Strong skills in contract administration, financial reporting, and project controls.

Experience in high-specification, fast-track construction environments is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
