A leading company in HVAC technology seeks a professional to develop and implement channel strategies targeting consultants and contractors. The role involves maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring project success, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a relevant educational background.
Develop and implement strategies for channel development, especially targeting M&E consultants, owners, and contractors.
Be proactive in seeking project/BO leads through channels and persistent in project follow-up to ensure Samsung's success rate.
Translate and leverage Samsung brand awareness into detailed channel plans, including channel management and BO increment, to improve win rates and secure projects.
Maintain good relationships with key accounts across channels through various support activities, including system design & proposal, system comparison, preparing technical data, and sharing legal market info/activities.
Achieve personal sales and GP targets, contributing to the department's overall sales and GP objectives.
Continuously introduce and specify Samsung brand products into HVAC projects where possible.
Check for potential financial risks in accounts, including collateral limits, orders, and payments.
Job Requirements:
Experienced professional with comprehensive understanding of specialized areas; capable of resolving issues creatively.
Handle problems of diverse scope, analyzing data and evaluating factors; demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques.
Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and receive general guidance on new assignments.
Typically require a minimum of 3 years' related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years' experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
