Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in medical field, especially in laboratory instruments.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job description

1. Provide outstanding customer service to client while training and installing diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
2. Provide on-site and telephone technical support to clients for inspection, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of Diagnostic instrument.
3. Maintain positive and professional communication within Technical Department, as well as Sales Team and Application Support Team to maintain excellent support to customers.
4. Maintaining daily communication and follow up with customers to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

Assiote Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in medical line (laboratory instruments)

Ability to work indenpendently with good time management skills.

Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Must be a good team player with a positive working attitude.

Posses own transport and willing to travel.
