Job summary

Lattice is seeking a motivated Security Solution Enablement Engineer in Malaysia to drive customer adoption of security and Root-of-Trust solutions. You will bridge customers with Field Applications Engineering and product teams, leading enablement, solving complex challenges, and delivering reference designs and technical collateral.

The role requires extensive FPGA, embedded software, and security expertise, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of FPGA, embedded systems or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution enablement activities for FPGA-based security and Root-of-Trust solutions through design-in, integration and deployment.
• Serve as a technical lead for complex customer security applications and provide guidance on architecture, integration, and implementation.
• Develop high-quality collateral: user guides, reference designs, and application notes.
