Job summary

Tentacle Technologies, a leading IT and software development consulting firm in Malaysia, seeks a seasoned SAS ETL specialist for a high-impact 12-month contract. You will join an applications development team in the banking and financial sector, building and enhancing data and MIS systems that power analytical reporting.

This is an onsite role in Kuala Lumpur. You will design, develop and optimise SAS ETL programs, perform data profiling and transformation, and contribute to a scalable data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years SAS ETL development experience.
12+ years in the software development life cycle.
Banking/regulatory domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyse, design, develop, test, implement and maintain Business Enabler systems.
Build and optimise SAS ETL programs and batch processes.
Perform feasibility studies, gap analysis and design for data profiling, cleansing and transformation.
Manage data marts and plan a scalable data warehouse roadmap.
Provide second level support and permanent fixes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits.
