Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a senior SAP WM specialist to design, configure, and optimize warehouse management across APAC operations. You will partner with business and IT teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions and lead improvements in inventory accuracy and visibility.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to mentor team members while driving SAP enhancements and transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of SAP functional experience with hands-on SAP WM configuration and support.
• Experience supporting warehouse management and logistics execution in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP enhancements and projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional expertise for SAP WM and logistics across APAC operations.
• Support production environments through incident management and RCA.
• Design, configure, and enhance SAP WM solutions including inventory, warehouse structures, inbound/outbound, and material movement.
