Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced SAP Lead in Penang to drive large-scale SAP transformation programs across multiple sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and oversee delivery from design through go-live and post-go-live support.

The role requires deep SAP module expertise, strong project management, and a proven ability to mentor teams while supporting business growth initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement is available in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules (MM, FICO, SD, PP, QM, WM, GTS).
• Serve as trusted advisor, translating business objectives into SAP solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery quality.
• Lead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive architecture, process transformation, and fit-gap assessments.
• Review functional specs, designs, test strategies, and deployment plans.
• Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalations.
• Lead user adoption, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Coach and develop junior team members; support business growth through proposals.
