We are looking for a (Senior) Manager capable of taking over Program and Project Management roles and driving market development.

We prefer a Project Manager who is still involved in implementation and has strong presales skills (a MUST), and Chinese speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP programs and projects, e.g., rollout activities within the Asia-Pacific region, supporting the team on business process and functional levels if required.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and develop existing clients, engaging in pre-sales activities supported by the functional and technical teams.
• Assist the regional management team in developing and implementing strategies to accelerate growth.
• Lead and coach team members in their careers.
• Must have experience in implementing one or more SAP modules as a consultant.

You will deliver business/IT transformation programs and projects by supporting clients on business processes or functional levels, taking on critical project roles:

• Program Manager
• Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an SAP environment, preferably in consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background.
• Thorough understanding of the SAP market with proven pre-sales abilities, supported by an extensive professional network in the region and solid SAP project management experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Chinese is a plus.
• Knowledge of one SAP module and its processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to develop personal skills and talents.
• Extroverted and eloquent, willing to support sales and pre-sales cycles.
• Willing to take responsibility and make decisions.
• Passionate, determined, and a team player.
• Ability to lead a small team with strong social and communication skills.
