Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia seeks an experienced Analyst VI, IT Apps SAP PP/QM to design, configure and support the global P2M solution across SAP PP/QM and MES integrations. Based in Penang, you’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires 8–10+ years in SAP PP/QM with multi-plant exposure, S/4HANA projects, and strong SOX compliance knowledge. On-site flexibility in Penang is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM design, implementation and support in IT.
• Experience in multi-plant, high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Participation in 2–3 full SAP implementations and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, MRP, MTO/MTS, subcontracting, batch management; QM master data, planning, inspection, notifications.
• SOX compliance understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate risks to global templates.

Responsibilities

• Configure PP/QM including master data, planning, and execution.
• Implement QM inspection planning, results recording, and notifications with integration to production.
• Integrate with MES and shopfloor systems; support data migration and interfaces.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and define process flows.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and test scripts.
• Provide training and contribute to training materials.
• Maintain governance, design standards, and documentation quality.
• Lead modernization and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Manage configurations for planning, MRP, capacity, production orders, and quality notifications.
