Senior SAP MM Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering from business, map business requirements, processes and objectives, identify gaps, perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide system solutions or work around solutions
• Document functional designs, write Functional Specifications, write training document and write user test scripts
• Provide training and user support as required
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Work self-directed and independently - may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Diplomatic but with assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, identifying and balancing the needs of the individual, the client and the organization
• Confident in managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast changing environment

Requirements:

• Familiar with Integration with 3rd party system eg. Vendor EDI (Electronic data interface) using IDoc/RFC/API
• Familiar with Workflow process in MM Module
• Experience in LTMC & LSMW tools
• Experienced in S/4HANA and Fiori
• Experience in ARIBA (Sourcing & Digital Supplier Network) is a PLUS
• Experience in MM Module and TM / Shipment modules which bring total solution for Material Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring MM modules.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Bright, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong team-working
• Tenacious and willing to work extra hours on, some occasions, to complete tasks
• Ability to develop immediate credibility with all levels of consultants and acquire an in-depth understanding of the business and customers
• Ability to convey decisions and requirements clearly and appropriately
