Job summary

Sika's Global SAP team in Kuala Lumpur seeks a passionate SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant to drive implementation and rollout of SAP FIN solutions on S/4 HANA. You will join a highly motivated team, collaborating with external partners to execute rollouts efficiently in a multinational context.

The role involves analyzing processes, configuring SAP FIN modules, and supporting end users across finance and controlling areas. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid work arrangement are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO on S/4 HANA, including finance and controlling areas with at least two full cycle projects from initial design to final rollout.
• Strong ability to design and configure SAP FIN solutions across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling and profitability analysis.
• Solid integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, and QM.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for realization of challenging SAP projects and international rollouts within the Global SAP Team.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and end user training.
• Customize and configure SAP FIN applications in collaboration with business process experts using data migration, go live support, and user enablement.
• Analyse and challenge existing business processes, translate requirements into the global SAP template, and drive process quality and performance.
