Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud with S/4HANA integration.
• Hands-on experience in configuration relating business requirements to technical requirements.
• Knowledge of industry practices and business processes in multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and recommend solutions to clients.
• Participate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver client outcomes in the CX space.
• Deliver long-term value for clients by leveraging SAP CX technology.
