Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and agreed delivery deadlines.
Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed timely.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP FICO, SD and understanding integration topics to other modules.
Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
