What to expect:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Lead the design of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Collaborate with senior architects to design solution involving different platforms like Salesforce, SAP, PEGA in a complex network environment
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
• A good knowledge of Security principles is required
• Good communication skills are expected and the ability to share with non IT experts .
• Design and develop Salesforce solution for your squad
• With senior architect , design architecture solutions that meet business, security, IT requirements
• Become a center of expertise for Salesforce
• Develop and maintain architecture standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce in the architecture landscape
• Provide technical guidance to development teams
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

What will make you successful:

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• A desire to enhance your experience in IT architecture
• Familiarity with security protocols and API management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Any certification related with Salesforce or architecture is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms and services is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
