We are looking for a Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by coaching and managing your sales team effectively.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and establish a strong industry presence.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and train a top-tier corporate sales team.
  • Build a motivated, goal-driven sales team capable of creating value, growth, and profitable expansion in Thailand.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances to facilitate market entry and access to commercial and consumer markets (e.g., OEMs, consultants, integrators, solution/service providers).
  • Develop market entry strategies and support marketing and corporate communication initiatives to enhance brand recognition and service demand.
