Senior Sales Manager (Property Development - Overseas Market)
We are looking for a passionate Developer Property Sales - Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Plan, develop and implement effective sales strategies & plans to meet the sales target.
Develop a team of highly motivated and result-oriented sales personnel.
Manage the performance of the sales team on an overall & individual basis.
Monitor & control the sales implementation process accordingly.
Monitor staff weekend/road show duties.
Conduct internal training to ensure improvement in sales staff working quality.
Prepare monthly sales reports according to company policies & procedures.
Assist & support the superior in overall Sales & Marketing functions.
Assist the Management in developing and implementing long-term customer relationship strategies & plans.
Assist Management to execute the Vacant Possession processes smoothly.
Deal with relevant authorities as needed.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree holders in any field.
Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the property development industry.
Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
Must be fluent in English; Mandarin will be an added advantage for candidates dealing with regional markets such as Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
Team player and able to work independently with a good working attitude.
A target-driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on revenue.
