Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic sales leader to spearhead business development initiatives and lead the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on seizing market opportunities, driving growth, and shaping long-term commercial strategies in the heavy and project logistics space.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the existing portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on project logistics opportunities across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales plans accordingly.
  • Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for top management.
  • Represent the company in industry events, tenders, and major negotiations.



Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in project or heavy logistics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Previous leadership experience in managing and growing a sales team.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the local logistics and infrastructure landscape is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience; candidates with experience in logistics for power/energy sectors will have an advantage.
