You Are an Ideal Candidate If You:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (E&E, Material, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry) or a related field.
Bring 8–12 years of proven sales success, with at least 5 years in a managerial / supervisory role.
Have in-depth knowledge of semiconductor, SMT/PCBA technologies, and IoT/5G/EV sectors.
Possess a stellar track record of leading sales teams to deliver top-tier results.
Excel at communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
Think strategically and make decisions based on data and insights.
Speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus (e.g. Thai, Mandarin, etc)
Are ready and willing to travel (local and overseas)
