We're Hiring on behalf of our exteemed client : Sales Manager (Manufacturing - Rubber/Anti-Vibration Products)

Based in Kuala Kangsar, Perak

A leading manufacturing company specializing in rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded products (with a focus on anti-vibration components) is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Delegate and manage customer accounts handled by the Sales Team and external agents/freelancers.
  • Set clear sales targets and coordinate individual sales action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of the Sales Team, providing coaching and support where needed.
  • Ensure the Sales Team has the tools and resources required for success.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Forecast sales (monthly, quarterly, annually) and generate timely sales reports.
  • Oversee customer payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Support the development of marketing plans, sales proposals, and strategic documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales management, strategy, and business development.
  • Strong customer relationship and key account management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales reporting.
  • Independent, results-driven, and able to manage remote work when required.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
