About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Melaka. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our leading hospitality group. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our client base and maximise profitability.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans to achieve established targets

Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the local and regional markets

Fostering strong relationships with key clients and industry partners

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making

Providing regular sales reports and analysis to senior management

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the hospitality industry
