Job description

Job Responsibilities

Revenue Growth and Business Development:

  1. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
  2. Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  3. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  4. Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive revenue growth.
  6. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with current operation offices in Melaka, Puchong, Kulim, and Penang to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress.

Strategic Partnerships:

  1. Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical and operations, to ensure alignment and support.

Market Expansion:

  1. Conduct market analysis to identify new markets and sectors for expansion.
  2. Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth.

Customer Satisfaction:

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Gather customer feedback to inform product and service development.

Product/Service Development:

  1. Provide feedback to product and service development teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new solutions and services.

Competitor Analysis:

  1. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  2. Analyze competitor strategies and develop plans to differentiate our offerings.

Sales Process Improvement:

  1. Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
  3. Language required: English and Mandarin.
