As Senior Sales Manager, you will supervise a sales team, forecast performance, and drive sales strategies to meet revenue goals while evaluating team performance and market trends.

Job Responsibility

  1. Supervise and motivate the team of salespeople across the region.
  2. Forecast quarterly and annual performance of all sales branches.
  3. Promote and encourage strategies to sell cars & car accessories to meet revenue goals.
  4. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets as set by the Company.
  5. Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance.
  6. Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  7. Participate in decision making for the expansion or acquisition of all sales branches.
  8. Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
  9. Evaluate the performance of Sales Managers and provide constructive feedback and solutions.
  10. Propose to management any new business opportunity in the related field.
  11. Increase sales turnover & profitability of the showroom centers.
  12. Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with experience in managing multiple automotive sales/service outlets across the country. If not, someone who has experience in managing an automotive sales/service branch with a very good performance track record and work ethic.
  • Experience dealing with the principal company of the automotive brand will be an added advantage.
