Senior Sales Executives (North or South) - Food Ingredient MNC

  • Prospect, visit, and acquire new customers across bakery, food service, ingredient shops, and SME segments.
  • Promote and develop the company's product portfolio within the assigned region.
  • Manage quotations, pricing, and order processing for customers.
  • Follow up on customer payments and ensure healthy account management.
  • Grow sales with existing customers by increasing SKUs and project development.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Travel across the assigned territory (Northern: Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Langkawi / Southern: Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan) with own transport.

A successful Senior Sales Executive should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' sales experience, ideally in food ingredients, bakery, or related industries in Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
