Senior Sales Executive (Seremban)

Summary of the Role

Support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of decorative products to new, existing, and potential customers using Jotun’s sales tools and techniques. Develop strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets, gross margin, and DSO, aiming to increase Jotun's market share and profitability. This role is home-based and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products through regular customer visits to maintain relationships and gather market information.
  2. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to meet sales targets.
  3. Implement sales policies and marketing activities in line with company regulations to support growth and efficiency.
  4. Follow up on collections to ensure healthy working capital conditions.
  5. Maintain good relationships with distributors, provide high-quality service, and address customer complaints.
  6. Create and update data, actively using CRM systems.
  7. Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and customer service.
  8. Liaise with clients and respond to inquiries, introducing products and services to dealers and projects.
  9. Conduct area audits to identify market potential within designated regions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
