Behn Meyer Specialties (M) PLT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Segment Manager - Food Ingredients Division to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers in the food ingredients industry.

As a Senior Sales Executive / Segment Manager, you will be based in UEP Subang Jaya Selangor and will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of our Food Ingredients Division.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food ingredients industry

Provide technical support and solutions to customers, addressing their needs and challenges

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive product awareness and promotion

Gather market intelligence and provide insights to support the company's decision-making process

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the food ingredients industry

Excellent understanding of the food ingredients market, trends, and customer needs

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or food science
