Job description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote MIM Certification Programmes to corporate clients and individuals (In-House / Public Programme).

Understand client training and development needs and propose suitable MIM certification programmes, including tailored or customised training solutions for their upskilling and reskilling initiatives.

Confidently deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and proposals to key decision-makers. 3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, relevant information, and strategic guidance.

Continuously engage and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. 4. Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold-calling, events and digital platforms.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for MIM Certification Programmes through strategic client acquisition and pipeline development.

Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities for certification programmes.

Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings to enhance sales strategies. 8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM System (Pipedrive).

Prepare weekly activities report, update sales funnel in the Pipedrive and update on progress of revenue achieved.

Represent the organisation at networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to promote training programs.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by learning on the job and attending educational workshops and other related upskilling programmes.

Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superiors

Job Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the professional training, education, or corporate learning sector

Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions.

Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Familiarity with HRDF-claimable programmes or L&D frameworks in Malaysia.

Must be able to establish network within corporate L&D, HR, or training departments.

Experience working within a membership-based or professional development organisation
