About Our Client

Founded in 1998, our client is a leading provider of adhesive tape solutions in the industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Create new customer opportunities by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
  2. Support the Business Development Manager in all sales and business development activities.
  3. Develop new applications using existing products and new product development.
  4. Provide monthly reports on activities and business results.
  5. Monitor and support outstanding payments and collections.
  6. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
  7. Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  8. Resolve customer issues and anticipate their needs for improvements.
  9. Maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling.
  10. Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
  11. Ensure all client needs and deliverables are met on time.
  12. Coordinate with internal teams to support customers.
  13. Execute strategic programs and other tasks as assigned.
  14. Use Microsoft Office to prepare data analyses on market, pricing, and products.
  15. Update weekly and monthly sales reports on project pipelines.

Requirements

  1. Understanding of industrial solution implementations.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of field-level industrial solution sales experience. Preferably experienced in specking-in, cold-calling, and new product introductions.
  3. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.
  4. Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  5. Positive, proactive attitude with resilience to failure.
  6. Analytical mindset with innovative ideas.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis.
  8. Good communication skills and team-oriented.
  9. Own transportation and willingness to travel within territories.

Remuneration

Basic salary up to MYR 8,000 (depending on experience) + commission.
