Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in industrial solution sales, including cold-calling, new product introductions, and client visits. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Must be aggressive and eager to succeed.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, with strong initiative and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and deliver results.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fast learner with the ability to acquire new product knowledge quickly.
  • Willing to travel for business trips and customer visits outside Johor.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and develop pipelines for future growth.
  • Create new customer opportunities through innovation and sales process management.
  • Support Business Development Manager in sales and business development activities.
  • Develop new applications using existing and new products.
  • Provide monthly reports on activities and results.
  • Monitor and support outstanding payments collection.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and anticipate needs for improvement.
  • Maximize profit via up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client needs and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Execute strategic programs and other tasks as directed.
