Drive sales performance: Achieve assigned targets and growth objectives within your designated territory.
Build strong relationships: Develop and manage connections with distributors, dealers, and key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
Showcase product expertise: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations, providing technical support to clients including farmers and plantation managers.
Expand market reach: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to increase product penetration and market share.
Provide market insights: Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and trends, offering valuable input for strategic business decisions.
Manage financial aspects: Ensure timely payment collection and handle customer credit in line with company policies.
Contribute to product development: Offer feedback on market developments, customer needs, and product performance to the management team.
Represent the company: Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows to promote company products.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Technical, R&D, and Marketing departments to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Educational background: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Plantation, Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, or a related field.
Industry experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in agriculture, plantation, or fertilizer industries. Experience with biotech or crop nutrient products is a plus.
Strong communication skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with diverse clients and partners.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights.
Self-motivated professional: Goal-oriented individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently for outstation assignments.
