Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Apex Cosmeceutical Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kulai, Johor. As a full-time member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our skin care and personal care product & service line.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve departmental targets
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
3. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction
4. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through a variety of sales channels
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns
6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
7. Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on key performance metrics

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the retail or consumer products industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
