Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive, Auto Finance to promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers, driving sales targets and expanding market share across the region.

You will build lasting relationships with dealers and customers, provide professional financial advice, and cross-sell other RHB products based on client needs, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing for disbursement requests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in Auto Finance, Automotive, or Hire Purchase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented.
• Experience in auto/car sales is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase market share.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the overall targets of the sales office.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes for effective sales delivery.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure efficient turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form), including creation of credit files.
• Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection and recovery activities, including conducting field visits when necessary.
