In line with our business expansion, we are looking for a candidate to join our Circular Economy Department based in Jalan Raja Chulan, KL. Details are as follows:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or trading, ideally in plastics or the automotive industry
• Proven track record in sales growth, market expansion, and project ownership
• Strong analytical and business acumen to drive business decisions and market development
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within the Electrical & Electronics or Automotive industries or raw material trading sectors
• Good negotiation and contract management skills, delivering cost savings and value-added solutions
• Result-oriented, dynamic personality, good follow-through, and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, positive mindset, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and communicate ideas professionally with superiors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office

Detailed Job Duties:

• Supplier and Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for key accounts and partners, maintaining and strengthening relationships to ensure seamless operations.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote raw materials to automotive clients domestically and internationally, develop sales strategies, and identify new market opportunities.
• Project and Cost Management: Own business projects, monitor timelines, budgets, and supply chain processes for profitability and efficiency.
• Product Development and Innovation: Conduct market and material trend analysis to support customer development and product pipelines.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with Toyota Tsusho Corporation’s international branches for cross-border business and strategy alignment.
• Reporting: Prepare sales plans and regular reports on performance, market trends, and strategic developments.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to supply chain operations, and undertake additional assignments as required.
