Job description
  • Business development of sales opportunities to prospective distribution network, ensuring effective coverage and maximizing sales through existing and new channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in marine, construction and agriculture sectors.
  • Manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM platform, Saleforce.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel distribution in the general hardware and machineries industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel for domestically when required.
  • Having own transportation and willing to work in Temasya Industrial Park, Glenmarie
