Senior Sales Executive

Since the incorporation of the company in 2015, Lays Brother has been successfully operating in the recruitment market for over 6 years. A licensed human resources company approved by Jabatan Tenaga Semenanjung Malaysia (JTKSM), our main business involves recruiting experienced and highly qualified local Malaysian employees, ranging from general labor to skilled officers. In recent years, the prosperity of the Malaysian region has resulted in a growing demand for recruitment services from general workers to professional executives. We have responded to this growth by providing both long-term and short-term contracts with employers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
• Experience in the employment agency field is an advantage.
• Good communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Skills required include marketing, presentation, customer service, problem solving, and negotiation.
• Must have own transportation and a valid driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Communicating with various departments and agencies, making outbound calls to customers, and following up with customers.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Providing feedback from customers to employers internally.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients by providing professional services.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, and addressing queries.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Reporting tasks efficiently to superiors.
