Job description

To reach out and present Lyreco service solutions to businesses within your designated territory, ensuring we become one of their preferred suppliers.

Responsibilities
  1. Initiate contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote company products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
  2. Conduct field canvassing or cold calling via phone to generate leads and set face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential customers.
  3. Handle new customer acquisition.
  4. Understand prospect purchasing needs and present suitable pricing and quotations.
  5. Initiate account creation for prospects using our internal sales tools.
  6. Achieve monthly sales margins and targets.
  7. Provide comprehensive purchase and business information to ensure clear understanding of business dealings.
  8. Perform other relevant ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Compensation includes a basic salary plus fixed allowances up to RM3.7k to RM4k, along with sales incentives upon achieving targets.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in commerce, business administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, solution selling, active listening, sales negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment managing SME portfolios.
