Overview
In this position, you are at the forefront for driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking and other business development activities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitions.
- Executes marketing and sales support activities.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical field is preferred.
- Willing to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking client and stakeholder.
