Job Scope:
  1. Manage and respond to all inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  2. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations based on customer needs.
  3. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  4. Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product data in CRM/ERP systems.
  5. Monitor and follow up on pending quotations, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  7. Generate sales reports, track sales KPIs, and support sales forecasting activities.
  8. Train and lead a small indoor sales/admin team, if applicable.
  9. Support product knowledge sharing across departments.
  10. Collaborate with marketing or product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in indoor/in-house sales, customer service, or sales coordination.
  • Industry knowledge in Construction or Building Material is a plus.
