What you’ll be doing?

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and follow up with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.

Market Expansion: Create and execute action plans to grow and expand the market presence of Bry-Air's innovative solutions.

Lead Generation: Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities to drive sales pipeline growth.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities and sales prospects, nurturing relationships to convert potential into actual business.

Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Event Participation: Represent Bry-Air at marketing events such as seminars and trade shows to showcase products and services.

Who are they looking for?

Engineering Background: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering to understand and communicate complex technical solutions effectively.

Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in selling industrial equipment and machinery, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with M&E Consultants, Contractors, and End Users in the HVAC sector is highly valued.

Dynamic Personality: Energetic and results-oriented individual with a positive working attitude to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is also beneficial for local market engagement.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
