Position Overview

Acting as a technical expert to support the sales of complex products or services, focusing on understanding client needs, demonstrating solution value, designing custom solutions, and providing ongoing technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge and delivering complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales forecasts, and representing the company at industry events.
  • Managing client relationships, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
  • Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks.
  • Interface effectively with operation departments to ensure that work order completed in time or delivery as scheduled.
  • Other duties assigned by leadership.
  • Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field preferably in mechanical, industrial process, HVAC, or Safety engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in safety business in civil defense, OGP, chemical, HVAC industry, would be added advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to travel to oversee to support projects or trade shows when needed.
  • A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance and under stress when there is target/timeline to meet.
  • Target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
