Job description

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and growing AESSEAL’s customer base across Singapore and Johor, focusing on key industrial sectors. You will lead business development efforts, deliver value-driven sealing solutions, and support our mission to help customers improve reliability while reducing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities: •Manage and expand existing customer accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.

•Promote AESSEAL’s full range of products and reliability services to customers in related industries.

•Build long-term customer relationships with end users, contractors, OEMs, and business partner.

•Collaborate closely with the internal Engineering and Service teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and operating conditions.

•Lead site visits, troubleshooting sessions, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.

•Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, project pipelines, and market intelligence using AESSEAL’s CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements:

•Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or industrial solutions.

•Strong understanding of the industrial landscape in Singapore and Johor, with an existing network of customer contacts.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering value to customers.

•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

•This role requires coverage of both the Southern Region and Singapore as part of the job scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Familiarity with sealing applications in pumps, mixers, and rotating equipment is highly desirable.

• Multilingual skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia) are advantageous for engaging a diverse customer base.

• Attractive commission (Commission may be increased if the individual demonstrates independence in managing the role effectively).

• Basic Salary will be reviewed and potential adjustment upon confirmation, subject to performance during probation.
