Job Responsibilities

  • Daily qualified leads are generated through company ads — no need to find your own clients
  • Complete sales script package, case studies, and training on the sales process

Job Requirements

We are an education company that helps entrepreneurs and business owners build their personal brand and attract clients through Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).

You will be responsible for following up with potential clients who have registered for our free training camp, answering their questions, guiding them to understand the value of the course, and ultimately closing the sale.

What Will You Do?

  • Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp (leads are assigned daily by the system):
  • Answer client inquiries about the course
  • Send voice notes to explain course content and differentiation
  • Use voice guidance / make phone calls if necessary
  • Assist clients in making enrollment decisions
  • Build trust, avoid hard selling
  • Record and categorize lead follow-up status
  • Complete CRM input and tagging
  • Regularly follow up with unconverted leads
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is

  • Warm and friendly, enjoys communicating with people
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Responsible and willing to genuinely help clients solve problems
  • Experience in education, course consulting, e-commerce customer service, or content creation is a plus
  • Girls candidates preferred
  • SPM graduate / Diploma or higher

Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2300 (for those without sales experience), RM 2300 - RM 2600 (for those with 1 year or more sales experience)
