JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Consultant will drive sales growth and client engagement in the Central Region, with a primary focus on Klang and Selangor. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territories, to develop and maintain client relationships, attend business meetings, and deliver tailored solutions to meet market demands.
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or EdTech sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Possess a valid passport and willing to travel internationally if needed.
- Skills Required: Relationship Building, Market Trends, Communication, Presentation, Travel Management and Market Research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Territory Sales Development
- Strategically penetrate and expand market presence in the Central Region, Klang and Salangor.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in educational institutions, corporates, and training centers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of eLearning and hybrid solutions.
Market Insights and Strategies
- Provide actionable insights into market trends and client needs to influence product offerings and sales approaches.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at regional events and client meetings in to foster partnerships and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border sales policies and procedures.
Reporting and Feedback
- Prepare detailed sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
