Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the operation of Sales Administration & Credit Control functions, including monitoring the SPA, loan documentation, progressive billings, and collections until delivery of vacant possession and in compliance with policies related to sub-sales matters, refinancing and transfer of titles (MOT).
  2. Attend timely to the SPA, loan documentations to facilitate the bank loan drawdown.
  3. Perform Sales Administration & Credit Control functions including generating progress billing, miscellaneous invoices, official receipts, and redemption repayments timely, ensuring that the progressive billings are sent out to the respective purchasers and end-financiers in a timely manner.
  4. Keep track and follow up on progressive payments with the purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors timely to avoid any late payments.
  5. Ensure all documentation and data are updated according to SOP.
  6. Ensure proper filing of purchaser’s files in a timely manner.
  7. Attend to daily inquiries/walk-ins from the Purchaser, End-Financier, and Solicitor and ensure responses are provided within the timeframe.
  8. Prepare/update reports on the debtors on a weekly basis.
  9. Work closely with the Project Department in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certificates, utilities applications, and provide required documents for the subdivision of titles.
  10. Work closely with the Marketing Department for purchaser files matters as well as the Accounts Department for billing and collection matters.
  11. Assist in marketing/sales activities such as property roadshows, exhibitions, and events as required.
  12. Undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development or equivalent field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales and administration.
  3. Familiarity with using authority websites such as HIMS, SmartBox Selangor, PTGWPKL is an added advantage.
  4. Good command of Microsoft Office Applications due to the presentation of reports.
  5. Familiarity with the Road Runner System is preferred.
  6. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Pleasant personality, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and take up more challenges and responsibilities.
  8. Must possess a valid driving license due to required travel.
  9. Proficiency in both written and spoken multi-languages (Chinese, English & BM). Ability to speak additional dialects such as Cantonese is an added advantage.
