Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth across assigned leisure travel agency and regional TMC accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that deliver measurable results and partner satisfaction.
  • Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Provide actionable market and customer insights to support product and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the travel industry, ideally in travel technology, GDS or TMC/agency settings.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue, build strategic relationships and deliver customer value.
  • Strong knowledge of leisure and TMC agency business models and distribution landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to support regional customer engagement.
