  • Experience in Shared Services and finance administrative activities is preferred.

Job description

RTR Accountant (Record to Report Accountant) is responsible for managing the end-to-end financial accounting process, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

Client Details

A globally known shared service centre.

Description

  • Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation
  • Driving month-end and year-end closing
  • Preparation of end-of-month accruals and variance analysis
  • Control of cash flows
  • Tax compliance - Preparation of VAT, GST, withholding tax, and other indirect tax declarations, including Corporate Income Tax Return, Transfer Pricing, etc.
  • Preparation of documents for audit, including drafting of financial statements
  • Support the implementation of new accounting processes and tools
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Contribute to projects for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and government bureaus as required

Profile

  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • More than 3 years of experience in finance (accounting, audit, etc.)
  • Accuracy, proactivity, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Shared Services and finance administrative activities is preferred
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with a service mindset
